The basics

Heavenly Glow Journeys (Pty) Ltd provides websites, free digital tools, product landing pages, and paid creative/software services for South African businesses and organisations.

Free tools

• Website Check, Google Insights, and the Business Boost Wheel are provided as-is for informational or promotional use.
• Reports are guidance, not a guarantee of rankings, sales, or compliance outcomes.
• We may rate-limit use to prevent abuse and may change or pause a tool at any time.

Business Boost Wheel

• One spin per business, subject to campaign rules posted on the wheel page.
• Limited to the first 50 businesses for the current campaign unless we say otherwise.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. We may replace a prize with something of equal value if needed.
• We may confirm Facebook follow claims before fulfilling a prize.
• Delivery timing depends on the prize and current workload.

Paid services

Paid packages (for example video production or Google presence help) are confirmed after payment clears. Scope is what we agree in writing or on the order form. Extra work may be quoted separately.

Accounts and products

Separate products such as Business Assistant, Church Office Assistant, Penny, or Marketing Hub may have their own product terms. Where those conflict with this page for that product, the product terms apply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass limits, submit harmful or false information, or use our tools to harm others.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of free tools or the website. For paid work, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
